Step 6 – Optimize your existing business systems with strategic recommendations from wise counsel (branding, search engine optimization, marketing strategy, sales conversion systems).
Step 7 – We go out to marketplace to help you raise capital via a broker-dealer, sell your business, acquire another business or merge your business with another company.

A History of Success
Success was certain when he convinced his wife, Sara, to marry him. Together they make fast friends with business-owners and honest, fun people. He has started several consulting businesses, has 2 or more books in mind to write (Including “The Art of Professional Persistence” and “When Others Said It Couldn’t Be Done…”) and created a reputation for building immediate trust related to the most sensitive aspects of clients—business and family. Jared brings more than 13 years of advisory experience with a background in Investment Banking, Commercial Banking and Private Banking. He has worked with owners to grow, merge and capitalize ventures in middle market businesses. He has served clients in a variety of industries, including:

He spent several years working in Business Development, Operations and Marketing roles with regional and national non-bank lenders, commercial banks, and broker-dealers. He has had roles in Investment Banking and Banking in underwriting, lending, asset sales, capital-raise, and merchant services. From 2010 thru 2013, he worked with JP Morgan’s Private Bank where he served high net-worth clients in an investment advisory role, focusing on both traditional investments in public securities and alternative, private investments. During this time he worked closely with the Chase Commercial Bank to secure and restructure capital for companies with revenues ranging from $5 million to $ 50 million. Through Mid-America, Jared brings a passion and focus to serving business owners and management teams with expertise, in growing and transitioning their business. At Mid-America, Jared is focused on business development, deal structure, mergers & acquisitions, and capital raise transactions.

Jared obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, TX, and his MBA with a concentration in Market Finance from the Oklahoma State in Stillwater, OK. He is also holds the FINRA Series 7, 79, 66, 24 and 53 designations.
